Set in the restored village of Pia do Urso, this old-fashioned tavern offers a familiar and typical atmosphere, decorated with excellent taste using utensils and tools from the times of our grandparents and great-grandparents... and giving priority to the 'snacks' of those times, the regional delicacies, very Portuguese, very appetizing, capable of restoring the strength of those who dare to explore the mountains on walks of varying length but always pleasant, during a visit to the Pia do Urso sensory Eco-park.

Very picturesque, with good food, the staff are friendly. I really liked the steak with Serra cheese and the cod with potatoes.

This place deserves to be visited calmly, the super friendly service of the brothers who own the restaurant is captivating, the food is prepared on the spot, everything is good, the homemade flavor, first class quality and a super pleasant atmosphere, it was cold the fireplace was a nice touch during lunch. The place is very beautiful inside and out. I recommend not wasting your time going to the other restaurant. The conversation next to the fireplace was nice and I didn't notice the time passing, too bad, because we had to continue our trip. Congratulations, I will definitely be back next year.

Everything is the best there is, but I'm just sorry they don't have a landline number. The phone is switched off.That doesn't stop me from going there, the people are friendly, attentive and the food is out of this world.I RECOMMEND IT!!!!!
